University of Hertfordshire
The University of Hertfordshire is primarily based in Hatfield – 20 minutes away from central London by train. 55% of the university’s research has been ranked as ‘world leading’ and ‘internationally excellent’ in the 2014 Research Excellence Framework (REF).
Graduates go on to find work in a huge range of careers, with over 95% of students finding work or going into further education in the first six months of leaving the university.

The university is constantly investing in new facilities, which includes a £15 million Sports Village – complete with a 25 m swimming pool and 100 – station gym, 24/7 Learning Resources Centres and a £38 million entertainment venue – The Forum Hertfordshire, with a choice of bars, places to eat and a nightclub.
Around the campuses, there are over 450 pieces of artwork from the UH Art Collection, while the university’s arts association, UHArts, run regular comedy, dance and theatre workshops for you to get involved in.
